Dr. Beth Mitchneck receives Henry Luce Foundation funds for ADVANCE project

Kudos to Beth Mitchneck who is leading a project that has just received fund from the Henry Luce Foundation. The project, "Amplifying ADVANCE: Outcomes and Strategies for Faculty Success," analyses outcomes from the NSF ADVANCE program. The ADVANCE program was set up by the NSF to promote organizational change in the interests of equity in STEM, but was terminated by the Federal government in January 2025.
You can kill a program, but it's much harder to stop the research (and the researchers).
